Our Live Classes are live with a trainer and your community - that means you can interact with us and each other. Classes are offered 6 days/week and are Unlimited! Modifications are provided for all exercises before we even start - allowing all fitness levels to join in!

Something that I have learned is that self-love requires ongoing work, there is no final destination or level of self-love. It's a process and it does get easier. One of the most significant factors is having a community of caring, generous and funny women that I have at Fitness By Sarah Taylor. When you surround yourself with supportive people who generally share in the excitement of your successes, it provides space for you to see your own value and self worth.

I'm a Plus Size Personal Trainer, Plus Size Model, Motivational Speaker, Blogger, Former Miss Plus Canada, Body Positive Advocate and Fitness Expert on Cityline.
Megan's goal as a trainer is helping people build physical and mental strength through joyful practices.
She has a background in dancing, swimming, and running but fell in love with group fitness in 2013.
Megan is a Hufflepuff and full of corny jokes, but takes workouts seriously, with a focus on form, the mind-body connection, and encouraging people to challenge themselves.
She loves crafting the perfect workout playlist (with plenty of throwback jams) and between classes, you can chat with her about books, travel and cute animals.
Fun Fact - Megan started off in our one of our challenges and then certified to become a trainer and joined our team!
Amanda is a small town quirky grrrl that has always been active in sports like Rugby, Hockey, Baseball and kickboxing. Moving to Toronto was a little bit hard to find a place where she could fit in being active.
After experiencing working out at Fitness by Sarah Taylor, it made her feel motivated to pursue certifying as a trainer. She never thought she could be a trainer as a plus size woman. But, we can be whatever we want to be if we put our minds to it!
Amanda brings joy and laughter to her classes without compromising form, structure and discipline. She looks forward to motivating women to improve their strength and self esteem!
Known for her deep empathy and grounded approach to personal growth, Brigid is a Resilience Coach for Women. She has been teaching, coaching and supporting women for over a decade as they learn to put themselves on the priority list.
Brigid began practicing yoga and meditation during a difficult time in her life when she was experiencing anxiety, depression, and a binge eating disorder.
Through her coaching, trauma-informed yoga classes, workshops and online programs, she provides practical tools and strategies for self-care to help you reclaim your time, energy and peace of mind. She also hosts the podcast, Guts & Grace: How to Create Space for YourSELF in a World That Would Rather You'd Stay Small.
You'll have lots of options. You can watch on your computer/laptop, your smartphone and you can even stream to your TV if you have Apple TV or Chrome Cast. You can also connect your computer to your tv with an HDMI cable.
Each class is pretty unique (we like to keep it fresh) but we follow a similar format for all our strength and cardio classes. Classes are about an hour and we start with a warm up, get into our workout (we always show you what we are doing for each circuit and we provide modifications before we even start. And then we stretch together. Those who want to chat before class or after class are welcome to and we are here for additional support if you need it.
